You choose whether the document is sent automatically or reviewed and sent manually via PandaDoc. Once it’s out the door, the integration keeps your CRM updated with real-time status changes, including:

• Draft – Document created

• Sent – Emailed to client

• Viewed – Opened by recipient

• Completed – Electronically signed

• Awaiting Payment – Signed but pending payment

• Partial Payment – Partially paid

• Paid – Payment completed in full
